{Maternity Photo Shoot}

I had the pleasure of photographing Antrice and her little family in Palatka, Florida for her maternity shoot on the Saturday before mother's day. I had my sidekick, Tim, along with me for the ride! We started out with a few indoor pictures and decided to take a drive to a local state park to shoot some pictures outside. The scenery was beautiful, but the temperature was not! This mama did a great job of keeping up in this 90 degree weather! I can't wait to see baby girl in a few more weeks!

{Bird House Photo Prop DIY}

I enjoy being crafty when I have the time to be crafty ;) During my summers off, I find projects to keep me busy. There are so many awesome props to use in photography, but they can be very pricey. In order to be cost efficient, I decided to make some props myself. I purchased two bird houses from Michaels, (one of my favorite stores), paint brushes, acrylic paint, and decided to put my painting skills to work. I had lots of fun painting the bird house! I use these bird houses in my newborn photo shoots. Photos of these bird houses in use, coming soon!

{Welcome Baby Caden}

I had the pleasure of photographing adorable, 3 week old baby Caden! He was very alert during his photo shoot, but I was able to capture some sweet pictures of him sleeping. He brought along his mommy, daddy, and big brother Jaden to watch him do his thing :) He decided to share the spot light with his big brother Jaden. These two were just too cute! I took all of his pictures inside to protect his beautiful skin. I can't wait until he is a little older, so that I can capture his family's portraits outside!
